Settlement between Aqa ‘Ali, son of Mashhadi Muhammad Husayn, and Mirza Muhammad Baqir, son of Mulla ‘Abd al-Javad from Khurasan, exchanging five-sixths of the Budjan Farm in Lower Simirum of Isfahan, inherited from Hajiyah, known as Baqir's wife, for five hundred tumans.

Settlement between Karbalayi Hasan and Barat ‘Ali, sons of the late Aqa ‘Ali and residents of Marbanan village, and Mulla Muhammad Muhsin, son of Mulla Muhammad Sadiq Fari, exchanging a quarter of a house located in Nayistan village for twenty-six tumans. Explanation: Mulla Baqir's wealth had been transferred to Barat ‘Ali, while the late Baygum Khanum's had been transferred to both Barat ‘Ali and Karbalayi Hasan. They both sold their shares before this settlement took place.

Settlement of Mirza Muhammad, son of Haj Mirza Yahya, and Aqa Mirza ʻAbd al-A’immah, son of Mirza ʻAli Naqi Mulla Bashi, with Haj Mirza Muhammad Hasan, known as Darmiyani, son of Haj Sayyid Muhammad Baqir Darmiyani, exchanging a fruit shop located at Bid Abad Bazar for two hundred and sixty-seven tumans. They also settled fifty mans [unit of weight] of white wheat from Isfahan for ten misqals [unit of weight] of crystal candy and one hundred dinars. These settlements were based on the will of Hajiyah Baygum, daughter of Mirza Fath Allah Khan and wife of Haj Mirza Muhsin.

Settlement between Zaynab, daughter of Isma‘il from Khvurasgan Jay, and Zayn al-‘Abidin, son of Muhammad Baqir from the same village, exchanging her inherited properties, including a residential building in the same village, located in the Yar ‘Ali neighborhood, known as Aqa Isma‘il's House, and a stable and all its belongings for one hundred dinars and fifty units of wheat in shahi weight.
